Crédit Agricole CIB Brasil is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst to join the Global Investment Banking (GIB) division, advising clients on M&A, Equity Capital Markets transactions and specialized financing.

You will conduct industry and company research, prepare industry overviews and company profiles, support pitch books, and assist execution teams with data room preparation, minutes, and financial modeling. This role also involves participating in due diligence and client meetings.

Qualificações

• Master's degree required.
• Be under 29 years old.
• EU citizen (excluding Franco-Brazilian dual citizenship).

Responsabilidades

• Perform comparable analysis: trading and transaction multiples.
• Contribute to pitch books.

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Brasil as an Investment Banking Analyst. You will be part of the Global Investment Banking (GIB) division which advises clients in context of Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets transactions and specialized financing.

Your concrete missions will be the following

• Search for information about industry and companies
• Prepare industry overviews, sector overview and company profiles including description, shareholders, financial highlights, recent developments, etc.
• Perform comparable analysis: trading and transaction multiples.
• Contribute to pitch books
• Support of execution teams: create and maintain deal information log and meeting minutes, assist in due diligence activities (e.g. preparation of data room), arrange and prepare materials for client meetings
• Support in financial modeling (discounted cash flows, dividends discount model, transaction and precedent transaction multiples, merger models, LBO models)

To be eligible for a VIE

• Be less than 29 years old ;
• Be postgraduate of a Master degree ;
• Be EU citizen (excluding Franco-Brazilian dual citizenship)
