AB InBev Growth Group is seeking an Android developer to build and maintain native Android apps using Kotlin in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. You will collaborate with designers, PMs, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features on the BEES/Ze Delivery platform and related products.

The role emphasizes clean code, performance, and modern Android practices (Jetpack Compose, MVVM/MVI, Coroutines/Flow), with opportunities to grow through code reviews and architecture work.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience in native Android development using Kotlin.
• Knowledge of OOP and architectural patterns (MVI, MVVM).
• Proficiency with Retrofit and RESTful services.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new features and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into app functionalities.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and standardization.
• Identify and fix bugs, optimizing performance.
• Work with backend team for RESTful API integration.
• Stay updated with Android trends and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and project architecture.

Whatyou'llneed:

• Medium/Advanced English skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience in native Android development using Kotlin.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and architectural patterns such as MVI and MVVM.
• Proficiency in consuming APIs with Retrofit and working with RESTful services.
• Familiarity with modern Android frameworks and libraries, including Jetpack Compose, Jetpack Architecture Components, Coroutines, and Kotlin Flow.
• Experience with Dependency Injection frameworks like Koin.
• Knowledge of unit testing best practices and tools such as JUnit.
• Experience with Firebase services and integration.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and follow best practices.
• Nice to have: experience with Build Pipelines (CI/CD), Source Code Management strategies, Python, and Design Systems.
