AB InBev Growth Group is seeking a Kotlin-based Android Developer to build and maintain native Android applications for BEES, collaborating with design, product, and backend teams. The role emphasizes performance, code quality, and modern Android practices.

You will work on features for the BEES platform and related services, applying MVVM/MVI, Jetpack, and Firebase where appropriate, while contributing to a scalable mobile architecture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in native Android development using Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and MVVM/MVI architectures.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs with Retrofit.
• Familiarity with Jetpack libraries and Kotlin features.
• Experience with dependency injection (Koin).
• Knowledge of unit testing with JUnit.
• Experience with Firebase services.
• Proficient in Git and code reviews.

What you'll do:

• Develop new features and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate requirements into application functionalities.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.

• Actively participate in code reviews to ensure quality and standardization.
• Identify and fix bugs, optimizing application performance.
• Work closely with the backend team forRESTful API integration.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in Android and Kotlin development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and project architecture

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
• Experience in native Android development usingKotlin.
• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and architectural patterns such as MVI and MVVM.
• Proficiency in consuming APIs with Retrofit and working with RESTful services.
• Familiarity with modern Android frameworks and libraries, including Jetpack Compose, Jetpack Architecture Components, Coroutines, and Kotlin Flow.
• Experience with Dependency Injection frameworks like Koin.
• Knowledge of unit testing best practices and tools such as JUnit.
• Experience with Firebase services and integration.
• Proficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and follow best practices.
