Lead Enterprise Integration Solutions for Mission-Critical Financial Systems

We are looking for an experienced Integration Tech Lead to design, implement, and evolve enterprise integration platforms supporting large-scale Financial Services environments.

You will lead the architecture and delivery of API-driven integration solutions, define enterprise integration standards, mentor engineering teams, and drive the adoption of modern cloud-native integration practices using IBM API Connect and AWS.

We are seeking a highly experienced Integration Technical Leader with deep expertise in enterprise integration architecture, IBM API Connect, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with hands-on engineering experience, helping organizations build secure, scalable, high-availability integration platforms while mentoring global engineering teams.

You should be comfortable making architectural decisions, defining API governance standards, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders across international environments.

Key Responsibilities

You Will Be Responsible For

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions.
• Define architectural standards for APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Serve as the technical reference for globally distributed engineering teams.
• Ensure scalability, performance, availability, and security of integration platforms.
• Design and manage solutions using IBM API Connect (APIC) and IBM SaaS on AWS.
• Lead integration initiatives involving mission‑critical business systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Mentor developers and integration engineers.
• Troubleshoot complex enterprise integration environments.
• Define and evolve API governance and integration lifecycle practices.
• Contribute to cloud architecture strategy and platform modernization.
• Support highly available, mission‑critical Financial Services environments.
