Qualificações

  • 3-5 anos de experiência em vendas/desenvolvimento de negócios.

Responsabilidades

  • Realizar 30-50 atividades de outbound diariamente.
  • Identificar novas oportunidades de negócios usando uma abordagem consultiva.
  • Gerenciar e rastrear todas as atividades no CRM.

Description:

The Inside Sales Business Development Representative is a front-line employee, interacting with customers and prospects via telephone, email, and social media. The role involves contacting prospects and existing customers to develop new business opportunities across all HMI solutions. This position is based in our São Paulo office, near the Santo Amaro region, and is a hybrid role.

Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Make 30-50 outbound activities daily.
  • Reach out to prospects and existing clients to identify new business opportunities using a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage and track all activities in CRM.
  • Meet or exceed quotas and KPIs, such as call volume, creating new opportunities, and generating upsell/recovery revenue.
  • Uncover additional opportunities through relationship building for other products.
  • Assist clients with inquiries, questions, and concerns.
  • Coordinate with other departments, gathering and communicating information clearly.
  • Handle incoming calls, identify needs, propose solutions, and direct calls appropriately.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products and structure.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of related sales/business development experience.
  • 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce or similar CRM solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese.
  • Fluent in English, capable of communicating across diverse teams.
  • SalesLoft experience preferred.
  • Experience selling high-volume technology solutions and services is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and driven.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, with good reasoning skills.
  • Outstanding telephone manner, follow-through, and questioning skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience managing databases.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
