Jobtailor in Curitiba is seeking an Information Security Director to lead the security team and drive the Data Privacy agenda. You will shape and implement the company’s security strategy, align it with business goals, and oversee risk management across all segments.

The role requires advanced cybersecurity knowledge, a postgraduate degree or relevant certifications, and willingness to travel occasionally to ensure robust protections and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualificações

• Advanced English required.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and processes.
• Postgraduate degree or information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001) are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the information security team, including setting goals, evaluating performance, and supporting professional development of team members.
• Lead the Data Privacy agenda.
• Develop and implement the company's information security strategy, aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Manage information security across all business segments of Grupo Marista.
• Create and maintain security policies, procedures, and controls to protect the company's information assets, including data, systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Manage information security risks by identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure rapid detection and response to security incidents, minimizing impact and ensuring business continuity.
• Conduct post-incident analysis to identify improvements and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and legislation, such as the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
• Develop and implement employee awareness and training programs on information security.
• Manage the information security budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Conduct security audits and penetration tests to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and threats in information security.
• Promote the continuous development of the team through training and professional certifications.
