Jobtailor is seeking a student to assist in IT security and infrastructure operations in São Paulo. The role involves monitoring security tools, analyzing alerts, and supporting EDR, firewalls, VPN, and other security technologies while handling ITSM tickets and maintaining inventories.

Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or technical diploma in technology or information security, with knowledge of TCP/IP, Windows/Linux, and basic security concepts.

Qualificações

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Technology, Information Security, Systems, or related fields.
• Computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Firewall)
• Windows and Linux operating systems
• Concepts of vulnerabilities and cyber threats
• MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Basic Information Security concepts

Responsabilidades

• Monitor information security and infrastructure tools using Zabbix.
• Analyze alerts, identify and handle incidents and false positives.
• Support the operation of security tools (EDR, firewall, PAM, etc.).
• Address infrastructure requests for the area (firewalls, user workstations, networks, cabling, etc.).
• Update inventories and assets in the ITSM system.
• Control and distribute tickets in the ITSM system.
• Open, track and update technical tickets.
• Monitor operational indicators and SLAs.
• Develop knowledge in Networking, IT and Information Security infra solutions, including Check Point and Fortinet firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, corporate Wi‑Fi, proxies, load balancers, antivirus, EDR, SIEM, PAM, environment monitoring, virtualization and cloud computing solutions.
• Pursue continuous training and professional development through training courses, labs and technical certifications.
