Jobtailor in Blumenau, Brazil, is seeking a detail-oriented assistant to support security operations. The role involves assisting with tool routines, recordkeeping, ticket tracking, and documentation.

You will help validate assets and dashboards and coordinate with internal teams to provide status updates. Ideal candidates have basic IT knowledge, familiarity with spreadsheets and ticketing systems, and are pursuing or completed degrees in admin or IT-related fields.

Qualificações

• Familiar with corporate tools, spreadsheets, ticketing systems, and documentation.
• Interest in learning about security tools, endpoints, networks, and technical controls.
• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Systems Analysis, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Basic knowledge of technology, information security, infrastructure, or support.
• Knowledge of ITIL, information security, and service request handling is desirable.
