ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Industrial Engineer you will:

1. Optimize warehouse layout and develop strategic plans.
2. Lead the evaluation, planning, and implementation of warehouse automation solutions (e.g., sorting systems, conveyor lines), with hands-on experience in equipment deployment.
3. Design and execute lean improvement projects for warehouse operations, including equipment efficiency upgrades and manual process optimization.
4. Conduct capacity management, productivity analysis, and cost optimization to support warehouse capacity planning and productivity metrics.

Qualifications

● Language: Advanced proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and listening).

● Experience: Prior experience in industrial engineering (IE) or planning roles within warehousing or related industries.

● Skills: Proficient in IE improvement methodologies and AutoCAD. Knowledgeable in equipment configuration, capacity evaluation, and layout planning.

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (IE), Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronic Engineering.

● Multinational company experience is a plus.
