Industrial Engineer - Warehouse Optimization & Automation

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize warehouse layouts and develop strategic storage solutions to maximize space utilization.
• Implement automation systems: Evaluate, design, and deploy warehouse automation equipment (e.g., sorting machines, conveyor systems). Priority given to candidates with hands-on installation experience.
• Lead lean initiatives: Design and execute efficiency improvement projects for equipment optimization and workforce productivity enhancement.
• Analyze operational metrics: Monitor equipment capacity, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and drive data-driven decisions for warehouse productivity and cost reduction.

Qualifications:

• Fluent spoken English (daily operational communication required).
• 3+ years in warehouse layout planning or industrial engineering (experience in multinational corporations preferred).
• Demonstrated success in large-scale warehouse optimization projects.
• Advanced proficiency in lean tools (e.g., Six Sigma, PDCA) and AutoCAD for technical drawings.
• Practical knowledge of equipment lifecycle management and capacity modeling.
• Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics/Electrical & Electronic Engineering.
