Garrett Motion in São Paulo, Brazil, seeks an Indirect Buyer to oversee end-to-end sourcing for indirect categories, lead supplier selection, negotiation and contract execution.

The role drives centralized procurement processes, partners with Legal, and supports P2P cycles in Coupa and SAP while building strong stakeholder and supplier partnerships to deliver cost savings and risk management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International trade, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing within procurement (indirect background preferred).
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global indirect categories, driving cost savings, KPI delivery, and sourcing strategies.
• Manage major tenders and improvement initiatives while building stakeholder and supplier partnerships.
• Execute sourcing projects across regions, managing timelines, budgets, negotiations, e-auctions, and supplier risk.
• Partner with Legal on contracts and support best-practice procurement.
• Oversee P2P cycle in Coupa and SAP, ensuring accurate POs and timely invoice resolution.
• Maintain vendor data, support audits, and drive process improvements with AP and cross-functional teams.

We are seeking an Indirect Buyer to manage end to end sourcing for indirect category, leading supplier selection, negotiation and contract execution. Alongside individual buying responsibilities, the role owns centralized Indirect Procurement processes—driving standardization, governance, and cross‑functional alignment. The position ensures effective support for projects while maintaining strong operational procurement performance across the organization.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead global indirect categories, driving cost savings, KPI delivery, and sourcing strategies.
• Manage major tenders and improvement initiatives while building strong stakeholder and supplier partnerships.
• Execute sourcing projects across regions, managing timelines, budgets, negotiations, e‑auctions, and supplier risk.
• Partner with Legal on contracts and act as a category expert supporting best‑practice procurement.
• Oversee P2P cycle in Coupa and SAP, ensuring accurate POs, timely invoice resolution, and compliance.
• Maintain vendor data, support audits, and drive process improvements with AP and cross‑functional teams.

Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International trade, or equivalent
• Strong experience in Strategic Sourcing within Procurement (Preferable from Indirect background)
• Advanced English
• Good negotiator and communicator
