What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide consultancy sessions to Leafio clients, offering expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process.
• Take ownership of implementation, ensuring the highest customer satisfaction and meeting success criteria.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project management documentation, ensuring alignment with all stakeholders.
• Organize and lead project meetings, document key actions, and ensure timely follow-ups for seamless project completion.
• Conduct in-depth business process analysis interviews to understand client requirements and tailor bespoke solutions to their needs.
• Deliver product-related training to maximize the value of our cutting-edge solutions.

What We Expect From You:

• Must have: 3+ years of proven experience as a project manager, demand-planning specialist, category manager, or in similar roles within the Retail SaaS industry.
• A strong understanding of the retail industry and supply chain management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish will be a huge plus
• Technical savvy with a quick grasp of software functionalities.
• Strong analytical prowess to analyze complex scenarios and deliver effective solutions.
• Ability to confidently interact with senior stakeholders, build relationships, and influence without formal authority.
