Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a SAP TM Functional Expert in Brazil to craft and optimize transportation management processes, configuring SAP TM, BN4L and Advanced TM, aligning business requirements with IT.

You will lead requirement gathering, serve as liaison between business and IT, and drive project delivery and system optimization across regional and international deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP.
• Proven ability to communicate sophisticated concepts clearly to both business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and escalation leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in SAP Transportation Management, including configuration and implementation.

Demonstrated expertise in BN4L and advanced TM functionalities.

Familiarity with change management and project leadership in large‑scale SAP environments.

Travel Requirements

Approximately 10 - 25% regional and international travel required.

Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
