Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is looking for an IAM professional to administer RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle (Aveksa) and manage certification campaigns, reviewer assignments, and data workflows in a large enterprise environment.

You will analyze and optimize request/fulfillment processes, support provisioning/deprovisioning, and develop PowerShell automation for production systems. The role requires strong autonomy and the ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with RSA Identity Governance & Lifecycle (Aveksa).
• Experience configuring certification campaigns, workflows, connectors, collectors, and roles.
• Deep understanding of access review and fulfillment processes.
• Production-quality PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
