Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Senior IAM SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer to strengthen identity governance across the organization.

You will configure IdentityNow, support access certification campaigns, and drive role engineering to reduce access sprawl and increase governance visibility. Collaborate with compliance stakeholders on SOX, PCI-DSS, and NIST-aligned testing, document changes, and maintain runbooks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SailPoint IdentityNow configuration experience (3+ years).
• Strong identity governance knowledge: access certification, RBAC, joiner/mover/leaver.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for work management and docs.
• Good communication with compliance and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure SailPoint IdentityNow to enable new identity governance use cases.
• Run and support access certification campaigns, improving accuracy.
