Job summary

Alignerr Corp. is seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst focused on AI training. This remote role involves analyzing IAM, SSO, and access-control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations, and generating data to train AI security reasoning.

You will classify privilege escalations and contribute to risk review of zero-trust models. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in IAM/SSO, solid RBAC knowledge, and the ability to communicate findings clearly in writing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, Ping).
• Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes.
• Familiarity with how identity failures occur in practice and how attackers exploit them; ability to articulate technical findings in written form.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments.
