Alignerr Corp. in Brazil is seeking an IAM Analyst to help train AI systems by evaluating identity risk, access control failures, and privilege escalation in enterprise environments. This hourly contract role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to work with leading AI research labs.

You will analyze real-world IAM/SSO scenarios, classify issues, review zero-trust designs, and generate realistic security data to train AI models. Strong writing and independent work skills are essential.

Competenze

• 2+ years hands-on IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms.
• Solid understanding of RBAC and least-privilege concepts.
• Ability to articulate technical findings in written form.
• Experience with cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP) or hybrid identity environments is a plus.

About The Role

At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. As an IAM Analyst, your hands-on expertise will be used to evaluate, validate, and improve how AI systems understand identity risk, access control failures, and privilege escalation in realistic enterprise environments.

• Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

• Analyze real-world IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related security failures
• Review zero-trust architecture decisions and access design models for correctness and risk
• Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems
• Provide structured expert feedback that directly improves how AI reasons about enterprise identity risk

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, Ping)
• Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
• Familiarity with how identity failures occur in practice and how attackers exploit them
• Able to clearly articulate technical findings in written form
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments

Nice to Have

• Experience with zero-trust frameworks or identity governance tools
• Background in cloud IAM (AWS, GCP, Azure) or hybrid identity environments
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK techniques related to credential access and privilege escalation
• Prior work in security operations, penetration testing, or access control auditing
