About the role
- Our Human Resources team, composed of 8 people, is integrated into the Human Resources Connect department and focuses on supporting the employees in collaboration with the business.
- As a Site HR Partner, you will deliver consistency and compliance through intimate connections to Solvay’s people, businesses, and functions at a local level. You will be a Human Resource generalist assigned to one or more sites by geography and based on the number of employees and relative complexity of the site.
- You will be accountable for:
- Supporting employees in "Moments that Matter"—both professional (career & development) and personal.
- Managing labor relations, employee relations, and social climate within your perimeter.
- Partnering with Site Leadership and Managers to advise on people topics (talent, organization, performance, development) and initiatives.
- Maintaining direct communication with HRBP, assisting global team projects as needed, and supporting Compensation & Benefits activities by connecting global policies with local needs.
- Attending offices in Curitiba and São Paulo.
- We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode. This position is based in Curitiba with bi-weekly travel to São Paulo. The work schedule will alternate between the Curitiba and São Paulo offices, with 2-3 days spent at each location every other week.
About you
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related business field.
- Solid experience in an HR-related role.
- Experience in administering HR policies (performance management, compensation, benefits, labor relations, etc).
- Knowledge and understanding of compliance requirements.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Behaviors:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Close to employees, managers, and leaders.
- Collaborative with other HR pillars as part of a networked HR ecosystem.
About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. The primary country base pay for this role ranges from R$ 169,280 to R$ 211,600, but may vary based on skills and experience. We also offer a competitive total rewards package including bonuses and incentives.
