Job summary

Hub is expanding its Brazil operation and is seeking a senior HR/People professional to own all hiring in the region. You will manage field and frontline team hires, structure monthly goals with bonuses, and oversee contract compliance.

You will also design onboarding and performance routines and automate repetitive tasks using AI agents, aligning the team with AI-first practices. The role requires strong HR and talent acquisition experience, native Portuguese, fluent English, and a proven track

• Native Portuguese and fluent English; French is a plus

We're building the team that collects the real-world data used to train tomorrow's robots. Now we need the person who takes care of that team, and does it AI-first.

Hub is a multimodal data lab for physical AI, based in San Francisco and backed by Y Combinator. We work with leading AI labs and robotics companies, and our Brazil operation is growing fast.

What you'll do

• Own every hire in Brazil, from the field team to managers, with agencies and our own channels
• Build and keep a strong goal culture on each person's monthly fee and bonus
• Own every team member's contract and keep it compliant
• Build onboarding and performance routines the team actually uses
• Automate the repetitive work with AI agents, and spread AI across the team

Who we’re looking for

• 5+ years in HR, People or Talent Acquisition, ideally with field or frontline teams
• Volume hiring, with results you can show
• Native Portuguese and fluent English. French is a plus
• Solid knowledge of PJ contracts
• AI native: show us an agent or workflow you built and what it changed
