Qualificações

  • 4-5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration required.

About the team/role

The team provides assistance with a variety of questions across all areas of HR, including life cycles, policies, benefits, pay, and vendor management, etc.

In this role, you'll be...
  • Responsible for HR lifecycle process operations (onboarding/offboarding/transfer, etc.)
  • Providing inquiry advice on HR policies, procedures, and legislations.
  • Regularly reviewing standard operational procedures; and ensuring any process changes are documented properly.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement through daily processes; and assisting in the implementation of these initiatives.
  • Ensuring HR integrity and compliance through accurate management of employee data via SuccessFactors and ServiceNow systems.
  • Providing consistent customer service and solutions to customer inquiries.
  • Involved in the required HR service projects as needed.

  • 4-5 years of experience working with HR operations (payroll or personnel administration, etc.).
  • At least a bachelor's Degree related to HR or Business administration.
  • High level of attention to detail and results-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and balance multiple tasks.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in English communication (verbal and written skills).
