Team Overview

The team provides assistance with a variety of questions across all areas of HR, including life cycles, policies, benefits, pay, and vendor management, etc.

Role Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for HR lifecycle processes operations (onboarding/offboarding/transfer, etc.)
  2. Providing inquiry advice on HR policies, procedures, and legislations.
  3. Regularly review standard operational procedures; and ensure any process changes are documented properly.
  4. Identify opportunities for improvement through daily processes; and assist in the implementation of these initiatives.
  5. Ensure HR integrity and compliance through accurate management of employee data via SuccessFactors and ServiceNow systems.
  6. Provide consistent customer service and solutions to customer inquiries.
  7. Participate in required HR service projects as needed.
Role Qualifications
  • 4-5 years of experience working with HR operations (payroll or personnel administration, etc.)
  • At least a bachelor's Degree related to HR or Business Administration.
  • High level of attention to detail and results-oriented.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and balance multiple tasks.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in English communication (verbal and written skills).
