Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead organizational succession strategies to ensure talent continuity in key positions.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee leadership development programs aligned with the organization's growth needs and strategic goals.
  • Manage talent identification and development processes with a focus on performance, potential, and retention.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, supporting the definition of priorities related to people management and organizational culture.
  • Conduct robust data analyses and strategic reporting on succession, leadership, and development to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee initiatives related to Talent Acquisition and Internal Communication, fostering synergy across areas and ensuring cultural alignment.
  • Represent the organization in forums and initiatives focused on human development, promoting the company's practices and values.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leadership roles in Human and Organizational Development, with a focus on succession, leadership management, and organizational culture.
  • Fluent English is essential; Spanish is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. An MBA or postgraduate degree in People Management or Organizational Leadership is a plus.
  • Expertise in assessment methodologies, leadership program design, and talent mapping tools.
  • Strategic thinking, exceptional communication and influencing skills, interpersonal relationship capabilities, people leadership, and a strong results orientation.
