Purpose
  • The HR Administration Officer is responsible for handling transactional activities and the full end-to-end process (from hiring to termination) of employees contracted by the company.
Responsibilities
  • Provide a wide range of administrative tasks to support the HR department, ensuring smooth workflow.
  • Create and maintain accurate employee records and databases via our HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors), ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
  • Prepare and store records of employee contracts, assignments, and performance data.
  • Organize and facilitate onboarding for new employees, coordinating with departments to ensure all resources are ready.
  • Support HR Business Partners with data entry in HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Deliver and collect employee documents (agreements, letters, files).
  • Ensure data quality as the HRIS User Champion.
  • Assist with internal and external HR inquiries (Service Desk Support Level 2).
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or Business Administration.
Experience
  • Experience in HR generalist roles (HR officer, HR coordinator, etc.).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability.
  • Proactive, confident, and hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance.
