Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience in indirect procurement, focusing on marketing procurement (events, media, agencies, services).
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience in contract negotiation and contract management.
• Experience with SAP ERP MM module preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of cost optimization methodologies, including TCO and savings management.
• Understanding of tax regulations and their procurement impact.

Responsabilidades

• Handle indirect negotiations and monitor approvals for all purchasing processes.
• Monitor and manage contract approvals; track order status and payments with suppliers; request invoices and notes.
• Update the finance department on supplier activities and payments; ensure timely communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle indirect negotiations Monitor approvals for all purchasing processes;
• Monitor and handle contract approvals Monitor and track the status of each order and payments with suppliers (request invoices and notes, initiate payments, send payment confirmations to suppliers, update the finance department, etc);
• Monitor, track and provide timely status of procurement department (new orders created, canceled orders, and savings).

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in indirect procurement, with proven expertise in Marketing procurement (events, media, advertising agencies, and related services).
• Fluent English (written and spoken);
• Mandarint Chinese is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
• Experience in contract negotiation and contract management.
• Experience with the SAP ERP MM module is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of cost optimization methodologies, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and savings management.
• Understanding of tax regulations and their impact on procurement activities.
• Location and work-model: 100% on-site (Rochaverá building - near Shopping Morumbi).
