Akaer in Brazil seeks a Junior Aeronautical Hydromechanical Systems Designer to develop and detail hydromechanical installations for civil and military programs. You will participate in system design and integration under guidance, delivering technical solutions aligned with certification standards.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team, prepare drawings in CATIA V5/3DEXPERIENCE, review BOMs, and support testing and documentation to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (in progress or completed).
• 2–6 years of experience in mechanical design or aeronautical systems.
• Experience in an aeronautical environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of aeronautical hydromechanical installation projects in a 3D CAD environment.
• Prepare and review technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Assist in detailing hydraulic, environmental, fuel, propulsion, and other onboard systems installations.
• Assist in specifying aeronautical components, materials, and hardware.
• Prepare BOMs and technical project documentation.
• Support integration between hydromechanical, structural, electrical, and avionics systems.
• Participate in system integration and segregation analyses.
• Support manufacturing, assembly, and installation activities.
• Assist in development testing, qualification, and certification activities.
• Interact with multidisciplinary teams to develop engineering solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation in line with processes and certification requirements.

We are looking for a Junior Aeronautical Hydromechanical Systems Designer to work on the development and detailing of hydromechanical systems in civil and military aeronautical programs. The professionals will participate in system design and integration activities, working under the guidance of more experienced professionals and contributing to the development of technical solutions aligned with program requirements and aeronautical certification standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Support the development of aeronautical hydromechanical installation projects in a 3D CAD environment;
• - Prepare and review technical drawings and engineering documentation;
• - Assist in the detailing of hydraulic, environmental (AMS/ECS), fuel, propulsion, and other onboard mechanical systems installations;
• - Assist in the specification of aeronautical components, materials, and hardware;
• - Prepare bills of materials (BOM) and technical project documentation;
• - Support integration activities between hydromechanical systems, structures, electrical systems, and avionics;
• - Participate insystem integration and segregation analyses;
• - Support manufacturing, assembly, and installation activities of systems;
• - Assist in development testing, qualification, and certification activities;
• - Participate inthe analysis and implementation of technical requirements under the guidance of the team;
• - Interact with multidisciplinary teams for the development of engineering solutions;
• - Contribute to the preparation of technical documentation in accordance with internal processes and certification requirements.

Requirements

Education

• - Technical course in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics or related areas.
• - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechatronics or related areas (in progress or completed).

Experience

• - Between 2 and 6 years of experience in mechanical design or aeronautical systems.
• - Previous experience in an aeronautical environment will be considered a plus.

Technical knowledge

Hydromechanical Systems Project

• - Basic design and detailing of aeronautical hydromechanical installations;
• - Basic conceptsof hydraulic systems;
• - Basic conceptsof environmental systems (AMS/ECS);
• - Basic conceptsof fuel systems;
• - Basic conceptsof propulsion systems;
• - Reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• - Basic conceptsof aeronautical systems integration;
• - Basic conceptsof Bills of Materials (BOM).

Aeronautical Knowledge

• - Basic concepts of the Aeronautical Product Development Process;

Languages

• - Intermediate English for reading and interpreting technical documentation. - Advanced English will be considered a plus.

Availability

• - Domestic and international travel, when necessary.
• - Working different shifts, as needed by the company.
