Caterpillar Inc. in Malaga is seeking an experienced operator to join the Demonstrator Team at the Malaga Demonstration and Learning Center (MDLC). You will operate a diverse fleet of earthmoving equipment and provide instruction and training on applications to customers and dealers.

The role requires extensive field demonstration experience, the ability to travel worldwide 15-30% of the time, and a strong knowledge of Caterpillar machines. English is essential; other languages are a plus.

Qualificações

• Eight to ten years of progressively responsible job-related experiences within at least one or multiple industries such as road construction, quarry or mining.
• High level of operating skills on a wide range of machines.
• Minimum experience on grade control technology.
• Exhibit a good knowledge of Caterpillar machines.
• Basic spoken and written English is essential, other European languages are an advantage.
• Minimum two years of technical further education.
• Strong team working, communication, listening and good computer skills are essential.
• Hold a current Heavy Goods Vehicle license an advantage.

Role Definition:

Additional Information:

• Ability to travel on a worldwide basis, 15 to 30% of the time.
• When not travelling, this role is based at the Malaga Demonstration & Learning Center and requires regular office attendance.
• A valid work permit or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required for this position.Visa/sponsorship is not available.

Base Minimum Pay:

€47,904.00

Please note that salary is only one component of the total compensation and benefit package available at Caterpillar.

This position requires working onsite five days a week.
