The Lead Value Engineer is the regional value engineering lead, responsible for building the value case behind Caterpillar's mining technology solutions in AmS. Reporting to the Global Manager, Performance & Value Intelligence, this role establishes value baselines, models future-state performance and sets the customer business case that defines success for every deployment.

You will work with Commercial teams during pursuits, and with regional Customer Value Enablement teams during delivery, to make sure the business case is credible, evidence-based and achievable.
You will work closely with peers in Performance Intelligence and Performance Monitoring to baseline existing operations. You will then apply those insights and benchmarks to assess the value potential of new sites and customers.
