Overview of the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Brazil Sales & Marketing to lead our sales efforts and oversee the marketing strategy in Brazil. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through your own sales targets, leading and managing a team to achieve their goals, overseeing lead generation strategies, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring effective channel utilization to optimize conversion rates. This position requires a results-driven sales leader passionate about individual and team success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership and Target Achievement:
- Achieve individual sales targets with enterprise clients, focusing on new business and existing client expansion.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed their goals.
- Ensure team activity (calls, emails, meetings, events, etc.)
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets in Brazil.
- Mentor and coach the sales team, fostering high performance and accountability.
- Track and report team performance, addressing gaps and implementing improvements.
- Inbound and Outbound Lead Generation Strategy:
- Manage inbound (paid advertising, SEO, EDM, etc.) and outbound (prospecting) lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with SEO, PPC, and content teams to enhance digital lead generation.
- Develop multichannel campaigns including email, social media, paid media, SEO, and events.
- Analyze lead sources and refine strategies for better quality and conversion.
- Check lead quality on HubSpot and provide feedback for improvements.
- Increase Chili's Existing Portfolio (LTV):
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and referral opportunities within existing clients.
- Create client engagement actions such as webinars, training, events, and podcasts.
- Marketing Budget Management:
- Allocate and monitor marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure campaign execution within budget and timelines.
- Report on marketing spend and campaign performance.
- Identify new opportunities for brand growth and lead generation.
- Team Management and Development:
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Provide ongoing training and set clear KPIs and performance goals.
- Foster a goal-oriented team culture with regular follow-ups.
- Participate in calls, analyze recordings, and give feedback for development.
- Strategic Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for Brazil.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Identify growth opportunities and report on performance to senior management.
- Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven senior sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Deep understanding of inbound and multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Experience managing marketing budgets.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Portuguese; English required; Spanish is a plus.
- Results-driven with a passion for leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
