We seek an executive-level technologyleader who is visionary, strategic, and passionate about innovation- without needing to be hands-on in coding. As a CTO/Head ofEngineering , you will guide our tech and product strategy,ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture ofgrowth and servant leadership. This is a hybrid role combiningstrategic leadership with hands-on involvement. Approximately 25–30%of the time will be dedicated to implementation and debugging, whilethe remaining focus will be on system architecture, technicaldirection, and guiding internal teams. Work directly with externalvendors and partners to align on expectations and drive outcomes—thisrole does not involve formal vendor management but requires effectivecollaboration to ensure delivery meets our standards.
Why this role is unique:
We aretransitioning from in-house backend development to a third-partytech provider to enhance scalability, security, and performancewhile reducing bugs and maintenance overhead. This is a strategicshift that allows us to focus on front-end improvements,marketing experiments, and product innovation. We need a leaderexcited about this transformation - someone who can refine productstrategy, guide teams, and drive innovation rather than push forin-house backend development.
