Were looking for a highly organized and proactive Growth & Outreach Coordinator to support outreach and marketing efforts. This role focuses on identifying and contacting potential vendors, influencers, and partners, as well as supporting basic marketing and SEO tasks.

Youll be responsible for executing outreach campaigns, managing responses, booking intro calls, and tracking results.

Responsibilities
* Research and identify vendors (e.g., small eCommerce brands, Etsy sellers)
* Craft and send personalized outreach emails and DMs
* Reach out to influencers and potential brand partners
* Track responses and schedule intro calls
* Execute outreach workflows using tools like Apollo, Instantly, or similar
* Support light SEO tasks (e.g., blog coordination, keyword ideas)
* Assist in repurposing social content (e.g., captions, simple graphics)
* Monitor metrics like response rate and conversion to calls

Requirements
* Excellent written English and communication skills
* Experience with outreach or sales tools (Apollo, Instantly, etc.)
* Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and influencer marketing
* Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
* Comfortable working independently and under deadlines

Preferred but Not Required
* Experience with SEO or blog content creation
* Basic graphic editing (e.g., Canva)
