Role Overview:We’re looking for a dynamic Growth Marketing Specialist to lead, scale, and own our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for building out the marketing function, managing a growing team, and developing strategies that drive brand awareness and lead generation. This role is perfect for someone entrepreneurial, strategic, and ready to build and manage a team

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team.
• Build and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy to drive inbound leads
• Manage an SEO roadmap (keyword research, technical audits, on-page optimization) and the content team to drive organic growth.
• Plan and execute webinars, create case studies.
• Develop and manage the company newsletter and all key marketing communications.
• Own copywriting efforts across website, landing pages, ads, and outbound campaigns.
• Develop paid-ads campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Search) to target our ICPs
• Plan and run webinars.
• Analyze marketing performance, report on KPIs, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and recruiting teams to ensure marketing and business development are aligned.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in staffing, recruiting, or professional services.
• Proven experience growing and managing SEO and content teams.
• Hands-on experience launching and optimizing paid media campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and content marketing skills.
• Experience organizing webinars, case studies, and newsletters as lead generation tools.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in tracking KPIs and marketing performance.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Highly entrepreneurial and excited about building systems, teams, and processes from scratch.
• Bonus: previous experience marketing in a US-LATAM cross-border context.
