Our client is a performance marketing agency focused on scaling newsletter brands, personal brands, and select DTC companies. We work with clients like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Tyler Denk (beehiiv), The Points Guy, Jesse Pujji, and MDhair.

The Role

As a Growth Marketer, you’ll act as the “CEO” of your client accounts — owning the full creative process from research and ideation to execution and analysis. You’ll craft data-driven strategies, write compelling ad copy, manage Meta campaigns, and build strong relationships with clients.

This role requires a unique blend of creative intuition, strategic thinking, and performance marketing expertise.

Note: We’re hiring for both full-time and part-time roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Research audiences, trends, and platforms like Reddit, TikTok, and Meta Ad Library
• Build persona profiles and creative strategy documents
• Identify winning angles and hooks

Creative Execution

• Write hooks, scripts, and ad copy
• Create briefs for UGC creators and designers
• Guide production and ensure visual storytelling and brand consistency

Meta Ads Management

• Launch and optimize Meta campaigns
• Analyze performance (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL)
• Iterate creative based on performance data

Client Management

• Present insights and creative rationale
• Lead client meetings and maintain proactive communication
• Build strong relationships and ensure strategic alignment

• Self-starter with ownership mentality
• Confident communicator, ready to lead client calls within the first 30 days
