We’re growing — and we’re looking for a dynamic, autonomous, and self-driven Growth Marketer to design and execute strategies focused on user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.

Requisitos:
Job description
  1. User acquisition
    Grow our user base across digital channels including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
    Plan and execute growth initiatives to increase sign-ups and platform adoption.
  2. Community engagement
    Manage our digital community spaces and keep conversations lively and authentic.
    Build relationships with users, ambassadors, and influencers.
  3. Monetization strategy
    Identify and test strategies to increase usage of our paid products and services.
    Work cross-functionally to align marketing with product and revenue goals.
    Analyze performance data to improve results continuously.
  4. Content creation & distribution
    Create and distribute relevant, engaging content (posts, visuals, short videos).
    Adapt content for different platforms, personas, and stages in the user journey.
    Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure message consistency.
  5. A/B Testing & Iteration
    Run A/B tests across messaging, content, and growth strategies.
    Analyze performance data to make informed decisions.
    Continuously iterate based on user insights and experimentation results.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in community management and/or product marketing.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Comfortable with autonomy, switching contexts, and working across multiple functions.
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Snov, Clarity, and AWS sending services.
Nice-to-have
  • Knowledge of Portuguese.
  • Experience with influencer management or B2B marketing.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing or growth experimentation.
  • Portfolio or examples of past campaigns (not required, but appreciated).
