This role focuses on creating visual projects for the web and paid marketing campaigns, requiring a strategic thinker with a strong aesthetic vision to enhance brand quality across digital platforms. We are looking for a Design Coordinator to lead the creation and execution of visual projects focused on the web, website, banners for Ad campaigns and paid marketing. This position requires someone strategic, with a strong aesthetic vision and technical knowledge to enhance the visual quality of the brand across different digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Create and coordinate the visual identity for websites and landing pages.
Develop banners and creatives for performance campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Work with the marketing team to optimize conversion and engagement materials.
Manage digital design demands, ensuring deadlines and quality.
Test and iterate creatives to optimize conversions in paid campaigns.
Stay up to date on design trends and UX/UI best practices.
Requirements
Graduation in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Advertising or related areas.
Strong experience in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator and web design tools.
Knowledge of UX/UI for developing digital interfaces.
Experience in creating banners for paid ads and performance campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple demands and lead design projects.
Creative and strategic profile, focused on performance and conversion.
Differentiators
Experience with Webflow, Wordpress or other website building platforms.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Experience in A/B testing to optimize creatives.
Updated portfolio with examples of web design and ad pieces.
