Descrição da oferta de emprego

Hybrid:

This position requires being onsite to attend business 3 times per week (on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only).

Role:

Responsible for the strategy implementation and commercial performance of all CCA eCommerce initiatives in South American countries. The responsibilities include platform implementation, as well as establishing commercial and marketing strategies to deliver the best customer experience (CX) and profitability across the entire eCommerce ecosystem in South America, from marketplace stores to tailored B2B and B2C platforms.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
  1. Design, implement, manage, and consolidate commercial and digital marketing strategies to meet forecasted KPIs and commercial metrics.
  2. Ensure the proper functioning of the integration system between API, DMS, Marketplaces, own solutions, and dealer connections across South America.
  3. Establish a digital culture among dealers, monitor their performance through designed policies and an e-Catalogue portfolio delivered to all countries.
  4. Manage integration with marketplaces and expand to new countries, focusing on optimal user experience (UX) and profitability of all eSales channels.
  5. Control and manage the budget effectively.
  6. Transform CCA eCommerce into a significant sales channel among stakeholders, including GM internal teams, dealerships, and CCA customers.
  7. Create a sustainable, scalable, and integrated eCommerce environment involving technical teams, IT, marketing, commercial staff, and suppliers across South America.
  8. Coordinate the entire eCommerce environment as a dedicated team, including focal points, suppliers, marketing agencies, and third parties.
  9. Manage cross-functional teams effectively.
