Job Description

Hybrid: This position requires being onsite to attend business 3 times per week (on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only).

Role:

Responsible for the strategy implementation and commercial performance of all CCA eCommerce initiatives in South American countries. The responsibilities go beyond platform implementation and include establishing a commercial and marketing strategy that delivers the best customer experience (CX) and profitability across the entire eCommerce ecosystem in South America, from marketplace stores to tailored B2B & B2C platforms.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Design, implement, manage, and consolidate commercial and digital marketing strategies to meet forecasted KPIs and commercial metrics.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of system integrations between API, DMS, Marketplaces, our own solutions, and dealer connections across South America.
  • Establish a digital culture among dealers, monitor their performance through designed policies and an e-Catalogue portfolio (delivered to all countries).
  • Manage integration with marketplaces and expand to new countries, focusing on optimal user experience (UX) and profitability of all eSales channels.
  • Control and manage budgets effectively.
  • Position CCA eCommerce as a key sales channel among stakeholders (internal GMs, dealerships, and CCA customers).
  • Create a sustainable, scalable, and integrated eCommerce environment involving technical teams, IT, marketing, commercial departments, and suppliers across South America.
  • Coordinate the entire eCommerce environment through dedicated teams, focal points, suppliers, marketing agencies, and third parties.
  • Manage cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Graduation in Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Advanced Spanish language skills.
  • Extensive experience in the Aftersales commercial area, marketing, and digital marketing.

  • Experience or knowledge of Parts & Accessories Market.
