Job Opening: Senior Sales Manager (Focus on Government) - São Paulo

We are looking for a hunter-profile Senior Sales Manager to operate in the São Paulo region. Your main activities will include:

  1. Prospecting new business opportunities within the Government segment;
  2. Conducting regular visits to potential clients;
  3. Developing sales strategies;
  4. Creating account plans for key prospects;
  5. Demonstrating company products and services;
  6. Preparing commercial proposals;
  7. Advising clients with relevant product/service information;
  8. Participating in bidding processes;
  9. Negotiating deals and closing sales with clients;
  10. Coordinating implementation with internal and external teams;
  11. Interacting across departments to ensure delivery of products/services meeting quality standards;
  12. Planning regional sales strategies considering available resources, targets, opportunities, and competitors;
  13. Monitoring sales goals and results, taking corrective actions to meet strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Degree in Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
  • Experience in hunter sales roles managing large public sector accounts, with knowledge of São Paulo market;
  • Experience in BPO, technology, and B2B services segments.
