Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead complex SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and Tax Reform projects from planning through delivery. The role requires applying SAP Activate, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful integrations with existing systems.

The ideal candidate will have proven SAP S/4HANA project leadership, two or more implementation projects, and strong English communication.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a Project Manager for SAP S/4HANA implementations and Tax Reform projects.
• Experience leading S/4HANA implementation projects (2+).
• Strong SAP project management background and SAP Activate knowledge.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM and S/4HANA conversion processes.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Gerente de Projetos S/4Hana SR based in Brazil.

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead complex implementation, conversion, and Tax Reform projects. In this role, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, applying SAP Activate methodology to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, align technical solutions with business requirements, and manage integrations with existing systems and platforms. The position requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment. You will also drive stakeholder communication, risk management, end-user training, and post-implementation support. This is a fully remote, 12-month renewable PJ contract, with an expected start date as soon as the selected candidate is approved.

Accountabilities

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, and Tax Reform projects from planning through delivery.

• Apply SAP Activate methodology to ensure efficient project execution and alignment with established objectives, timelines, and budgets.

• Define project schedules, milestones, goals, resource allocation, and budgets.

• Ensure business requirements are thoroughly mapped, understood, and addressed by the SAP S/4HANA solution.

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including consultants, IT analysts, developers, and business stakeholders.

• Manage the integration of SAP S/4HANA with existing enterprise systems and platforms.

• Monitor project progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.

• Oversee end-user training and ensure appropriate post-implementation support.

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle, developing and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

• Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining delivery quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion, and Tax Reform projects.

• Experience managing at least two SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

• Strong background in SAP project management and advanced knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology, including experience applying it to large-scale projects.

• Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM and S/4HANA conversion processes.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within demanding deadlines.

• Strong understanding of business processes within the services sector.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and business requirements for diverse stakeholders.

• Demonstrated leadership, team management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

• SAP Activate certification is an advantage; PMP or an equivalent project management certification is desirable.

• Advanced English proficiency is considered a plus.
