Responsibilities

• Define and iterate marketing tools on the merchant side, including coupons, discounts, and membership programs.
• Build a self-service merchant operations dashboard supporting user segmentation, budget control, and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with platform operations and recommendation algorithm teams to balance subsidies, merchant ROI, and user experience.
• Monitor marketing product formats and cost models, and develop differentiated acquisition and upsell strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience in growth or marketing product roles, with at least 1 year managing B-side marketing tools in a food delivery business.
• Deep understanding of local services promotional tactics and merchant business logic; familiar with delivery, billing, and attribution models.
• Strong data-driven mindset; able to independently design tracking plans, segmentation strategies, and A/B testing evaluations.
• Excellent communication and execution skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions including BD, operations, legal, data and other teams.
