Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Brazil is seeking an experienced Topology Planning Manager to lead topology planning, capacity, and site expansion. You will coordinate with Operations, Real Estate, and Engineering to optimize delivery/pick-up networks and drive strategic expansion initiatives across geographies.

The role requires translating complex technical concepts for varied audiences, with a focus on data-driven decisions and BAU planning. Prior experience in logistics is a plus.

The Topology Planning Manager coordinates across topology, capacity, engineering, and other teams to develop and execute topology planning strategies. This role oversees the planning of all types of delivery and pick‑up nodes and manages all aspects of topology planning, including capacity calculations, volume forecasting, and building selection decisions. This role also coordinates with other miles the plan creation and synergy opportunities. Working in both regular planning cycles and BAU, the Topology Planning Manager create and evaluate various topology scenarios to optimize topology design and ensure planning efficiency. The Topology Planning Manager also coordinates with Operations, Real Estate, and Engineering the selection of new expansion sites.

A day in the life

• Work with teams across Amazon to scope project requirements, including Topology, Capacity Planning, Real Estate, Engineering etc.
• Manage site selection process, including making sure that all stakeholders are kept up‑to‑date.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure we make the right long‑term decisions.

About The Team

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) is Amazon's "Last Mile" delivery service, responsible for delivering packages (and smiles) to homes and businesses across the planet. Within AMZL Brazil, the Growth & Expansion team overlooks 2 main areas in support to AMZL's operation and growth: (1) Jurisdiction planning and management, driving the growth and optimization of our delivery/pick‑up coverage and topology; ; and (2) Expansion initiatives, coordinating local efforts on 'big rock' projects that enable new types of operations, new sales and delivery channels, modes of transport (Fleet types, micromobility) and end‑to‑end programmatic coordination of AMZL´s network expansion.
