Position Summary

This role is responsible for managing and achieving results in the OL operation of the Pharma Channel, increasing the B curve share within the channel. It involves understanding the next steps in the OL business model to develop and gain numeric distribution of Nestlé categories with the channel's clients.

Daily Responsibilities
  1. Lead and facilitate communication between OL and Indirect Sales teams, distributors, and client portfolios.
  2. Identify opportunities for new product placement and enhance the customer experience.
  3. Lead JVC forums with top OL networks (Successful Partnerships) to align growth expectations and category development.
  4. Develop and analyze opportunities for categories, aiming for leadership of our brands within client categories.
  5. Achieve commercial KPIs such as sell-in, sell-out market share, positive shelf placement, and numeric distribution.
  6. Create and execute action plans with clients, trade marketing, and OL Nestlé teams, emphasizing leadership in the indirect channel clients.
