Solventum está recrutando um Site Quality Manager para liderar a gestão da qualidade no site brasileiro. O profissional será responsável pela implementação e melhoria do QMS, assegurando conformidade regulatória e qualidade em manufatura.

O candidato ideal possui formação em Farmácia, experiência regulatória em indústria farmacêutica e habilidade de liderar equipes multi-disciplinares, incluindo interação com órgãos reguladores e clientes globais.

Qualificações

• Formação em Farmácia com licença ativa no Brasil.
• Experiência regulatória/QA em indústria farmacêutica regulada.
• Fluência escrita e oral em inglês e português.
• Experiência em supervisão ou liderança de projetos.

Responsabilidades

• Conduzir implementação e melhoria contínua do QMS conforme ISO 13485.
• Assegurar qualidade do produto e conformidade regulatória nas operações de manufatura.
• Atuar como Representante de Gestão do QMS e promover cultura de qualidade.
• Conduzir auditorias de qualidade, inspeções e interações regulatórias.
• Formar equipes de alto desempenho e promover colaboração interfuncional.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Determines directions, priorities and assigns resources with full accountability for results of functional area. Responsible for establishing and managing budgets for one or more departments within a functional area. Partners with engineering, production, customer service, etc. to maintain and increase the quality level within the organization.

How You Will Make An Impact

As a Site Quality Manager you will have the oportunidade to tap into your curiosity and colaborar with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Lead the implementation, certification, and continuous improvement of the site Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and effective quality oversight across manufacturing operations, including risk management, change control, validation, and product release activities.
• Serve as the Management Representative for the QMS, driving quality culture, operational excellence, and alignment with global quality and business transformation strategies.
• Lead quality audits, inspections, and regulatory interactions with external agencies, notified bodies, customers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring successful outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and best-practice sharing to achieve business and site objectives.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• College degree (Pharmacy is preferred from an accredited institution, with the license active in the Pharmacist Council in Brazil

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• Regulatory, Quality and/or QMS experience within a heath care regulated industry at a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Fluent written and oral communication in both English and Portuguese
• Supervision or project leadership experience.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Previous experience establishing a new QMS.
• Proven ability to lead audit activities
• Lean, Six Sigma, and/or Project Manager certification
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and create excellent collaboration
• Experience leading continuous improvement projects
• Change Management experience of programs with significant strategic importance
• Demonstrated skills in customer experience management
