Reporting To

Executive Director / Group CEO

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, project delivery, and commercial performance.
• Drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian mining regulations, HSE standards, and contractual obligations.
• Manage client relationships with major mining operators and contractors.
• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary technical teams.

Education & Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• MBA or executive management qualification preferred.

Experience

• 10+ years in mining or industrial services.
• Minimum 5 years in senior leadership or operational management role.
• Proven P&L management and business expansion track record.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of mining operations, inspection, QA/QC, and compliance frameworks.
• Budgeting, financial analysis, and contract negotiation expertise.
• Risk management and operational optimization capabilities.
