General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Essential Functions/Skills

• Make correct monetary change.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Exposure to varying weather when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in the work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Cramped quarters, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Standing, walking, and sitting are common; lifting up to 50 lbs; carrying, pushing, and pulling heavy items; climbing stairs or ladders; stooping, bending, crouching, squatting; reaching up to 72 in.
• Eye‑hand coordination and fine motor tasks such as shaping dough, using a pizza peel, and assembling cardboard boxes.
