**The Opportunity**
Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Freshservice Full Stack Developer. You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.

**What We Are Looking For**
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Freshservice development.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
- Experience with Freshservice APIs, customization, automation, and strong frontend/backend development skills.
- Freshworks certification is highly desirable.
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Skilled in backend frameworks like Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, or .NET Core.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to libraries.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Forensic attention to detail.
- Positive mindset and can-do attitude.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Ability to handle large, complex systems.
- Strong ownership of work and accountability.
- Dedication to client goals and delivering on commitments.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week consistently.
