The Opportunity

Join our talent network and connect with U.S. clients for flexible, project-based development work as a Freshservice Full Stack Developer. You will integrate directly into our client's team and collaborate with their designers and engineers daily.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Freshservice development.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Experience with Freshservice APIs, customization, automation, and strong frontend/backend development skills.
• Freshworks certification is highly desirable.
• Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
• Experience with backend frameworks like Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, or .NET Core.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes (a plus).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to libraries.
• Experience with continuous integration and delivery.
• Attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and proactive mindset.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Experience with large, complex systems.
• Strong ownership and accountability for work.
• Alignment with client goals and dedication to delivering quality.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week.
