JOB PURPOSE

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for business forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

KEY ACTIVITIES

1. Prepare and analyze KPIs, highlight trends, and investigate causes of unexpected variances.
2. Prepare reports and presentations for the Board of Directors and Senior Management.
3. Analyze financial reports.
4. Manage P&L control for business units.
5. Oversee and develop budgeting, financial forecasting, operating plans, and modeling tools.
6. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
7. Support other functions within the Finance Department.
8. Build and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams at all levels.
9. Supervise procurement activities and manage supplier contracts.
10. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
• Knowledge of general business practices.
• Understanding of financial statements.
• Familiarity with accounting practices.
• Knowledge of VBA is desirable.
• Understanding of financial and commodities markets.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Knowledge of English; Spanish is a plus.
