• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning for D2C.
• Analyze performance vs budget/forecast, identifying drivers, risks, opportunities.
• Prepare monthly management reports/presentations with insights for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with accounting for accurate reporting and aligned management analysis.
• Develop and mentor FP&A team to deliver high-quality results.

This role will partner closely with commercial and marketing business leaders to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations, support strategic decisions, and improve business performance.

The candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business acumen, clear communication, and the ability to manage planning cycles independently and FP&A team

Key Job Responsabilities:

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long‑range financial planning for D2C division.


• Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers, risks, and opportunities.


• Prepare monthly management reports and presentations, providing clear insights and recommendations to senior leadership.


• Work closely with accounting to ensure accurate reporting and alignment between financial results and management analysis.


• Manage and develop FP&A manager and supervisor, ensuring high‑quality deliverables and supporting their professional growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field


• Solid progressive experience in FP&A, controlling, or corporate finance, including experience leading projects or teams


• Advanced Excel and BI skills


• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver accurate work within tight deadlines


• Professional proficiency in English
