We are seeking an FP&A Specialist who will not back down in the face of challenge, who is ready to try new things, and is eager to make history together with the rest of the team at Lalamove. Life at Lalamove is fast-paced and thrilling, and we are constantly doing things no one has ever done before. This person will act as a liaison between Group Finance and the Local Office in managing the planning and spending of our Brazil operations.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Budget construction, spending control, and financial reporting.
2. Perform periodic variance analysis (actual vs. budget) and report/present findings to local management and group finance.
3. Serve as a financial business partner for our Brazil operations.
4. Support local and group managers/stakeholders with reports and data.
5. Monitor data related to the local office's payment methods, ensuring liquidity and stability.
6. Perform cash flow and bank reconciliations, reporting findings to group finance.

What You'll Need:

1. Solid knowledge and experience in financial analysis; additional experience in other areas of finance or accounting is a plus.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or other spreadsheet software (e.g., Google Sheets).
3. Excellent spoken and written English skills, as frequent contact with headquarters and other offices is required.
4. Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze and present financial and operational data, and create actionable recommendations.
