Job summary

Wildlife is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our São Paulo FP&A team as a business partner to key leaders. You will run budgeting, forecasting, 1-year and 3-year plans, and results tracking to guide resource allocation and uncover savings.

You will own working capital and tax models, collaborate with IT, corporate tech, and payroll teams, and drive AI-enabled automation for closing analyses and rolling forecasts to improve financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Experience in finance and/or cost management.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Advanced English.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Curiosity about AI and interest in using it to automate and improve financial processes

Responsibilities

• Own the FP&A cycle (budgeting, forecasting, 1-Year and 3-Year Plans, results tracking) as Finance Business Partner for Operations and Engineering.
• Lead cross-functional processes with partner teams: Cloud Economics (IT Infrastructure), Corporate Technology (Licenses) and Payroll (People Costs).
• Analyze financial and accounting results in depth and turn them into actionable insights for the executive team and investors.
• Track the execution of company strategy in the financials, the impact of new decisions, risks and opportunities.
• Own the Working Capital and Income Taxes models, and drive efficiency initiatives;
• Contribute with AI automation projects (Closing analyses and rolling forecasts).
